Chefs honored with awards
U.S. Navy Honolulu executive chef Brandon Parry and Kapiolani Community College pastry chef instructor Gale O’Malley were honored last month at the American Culinary Federation’s National Convention held in Kansas City, Mo.
Parry won the Cutting Edge Award for leadership and service to the food industry.
