PAULO FAMILY CELEBRATION
Kathy Paulo-Hirai, left, and her parents, Akemi and Rene Paulo, joined the youngest of the Paulo sisters, Gail, on Gail’s 50th birthday celebration Saturday at HASR?Bistro on Pauahi Street. Gail called it a “going over the hill party.” Rene played piano with a talented group of family members and friends for most of the evening. Akemi was called up to join him in singing “Dahil Sa Iyo.”
