Slack-key guitarists Dwight Kanae, left, and Patrick Landeza, and bassist Chris Lau talked with Hawaiian music fan Jason Blair at the 32nd Annual O‘ahu Style Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar Festival Sunday at Kapiolani Park Bandstand. Kanae and Landeza were two of the 15 ki ho‘alu players whose artistry was showcased during the free six-hour concert. The Slack Key Festival returns to Ewa Beach on Oct. 19.
