Waikiki Roughwater Swim coming up
U.S. national champion Becca Mann and Australian Olympians Rhys Mainstone and Jarrod Poort headline the field of Monday’s 45th Waikiki Roughwater Swim.
One of the world’s premier open water races is expected to draw nearly 1,000 swimmers, including Mann, the top female finisher in 2012. The 2.384-mile race begins with the elite division at 8:30 a.m. at Sans Souci Beach, with the finish at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
