BSN LA PIETRA- 03 SEPTEMBER 2013- La Pietra: Hawaii School for Girls will be celebrating its golden anniversary on Sept. 14 with a Sunset Jazz benefit concert on the Great Lawn with Jimmy Borges who will headline the event. The concert will benefit one of the last all-girls schools in Hawaii. The historic school was built originally built by Walter Dillingham in the 1920s to resemble a villa he and his wife saw in Tuscany during their honeymoon. It became the campus for La Pietra in 1967.
