MEGAN SPELMAN / SPECIAL TO THE STAR-ADVERTISER The Faisca family — Julia, 9, left, Kapono, Dominic, 8, Alex, 6, and Natasha — has finally found relief from kidney problems that nearly proved fatal for two of the children. Julia and Dominic both had kidney transplants to treat cystinosis, a rare hereditary disease.
