Appeals dispute decision to toss law regulating use of pesticides, GMOs

A judge’s decision to overturn Ordinance 960, which covers pesticides and genetically modified crops, has been appealed by four groups and Kauai?County. GMO opponents cheered last year as they listened to testimony on Bill 2491, which became the ordinance, podcast from inside the Kauai County Council Building.
