Hawaii Pops Artistic Director Matt Catingub, left, relaxed backstage Saturday with featured performers Steve Jones, Zanuck Kapala Lindsey, Steve Moretti and Bryan Kessler after the Hawaii Pops opened its second season with “Top to Bottom: Sgt. Pepper &?Abbey Road,” a stirring salute to the Beatles, at the Sheraton Waikiki. Catingub joined Lindsey, Moretti and Kessler on lead vocals as the Pops played every song from “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” in order, then came back after intermission to do the same with “Abbey Road.”
