UH sand volleyball fundraiser postponed
The second Hawaii Sand Volleyball Portuguese Horseshoe Tournament, originally scheduled for Sunday, has been postponed until Nov. 2 due to the approaching storm.
The site and time remains the same: Hunakai Park, Kahala, from 2:30 to 6 p.m.
Teams registered for the tournament who are unable to participate on the new day may receive a refund or convert their registration fee to a donation to the sand volleyball program.
New entries will be accepted at $125 for individuals and $200 per two-person team. A non-playing "cheer team" fee is $50 and includes the same food and beverage benefits as those for players.
