Ho‘ola na Pua, a new tax-exempt charity, plans to open a therapeutic home for girls rescued from sex trafficking in Hawaii. The 12-acre property on the North Shore will be a long-term residence for up to 32 girls. Among the features will be a breakfast cafe to help girls learn job skills. Classes in food preparation will also be offered.
