Map quest’s goal is to streamline school switch for Pahoa students

Keaau High School students Friday crisscrossed their campus with cameras, then used mapping technology to create guides to help Pahoa High students become familiar with the grounds. More than 100 students from Pahoa who have been displaced by the Kilauea volcano lava flow will be attending class at Keaau. The mapping project was spearheaded by Brendan Brennan, a teacher at University Laboratory School on Oahu.
