The call center will be available 24 hours with prerecorded solutions to commonly asked questions such as "How do I keep my crust from becoming soggy?" or "How do I keep my meringue pie top from weeping?"

Cake and cookie dilemmas are welcomed, too, and this is the first year that the company will also have solutions delivered in Spanish.
