Three Hawaii restaurants among Top 100 in U.S.

Perennial dining award winners in Hawaii are named among OpenTable.com’s list of the 100 best restaurants in the U.S.
La Mer at Halekulani in Waikiki, Mama’s Fish House in Paia, Maui, and ‘ULU Ocean Grill and Sushi Lounge at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on Hawaii island were named to the 2014 Diners’ Choice Award winners for the Top 100 Best Restaurants in America, by users of the OpenTable dining reservations site.
Restaurants serving American fare are among the most-popular on the OpenTable list, while the rest of the list includes an array of ethnic cuisines including global, Hawaiian, Italian, Japanese, seafood, Thai, and vegan.
The list includes 59 restaurants that only serve dinner.
Results were compiled from the opinions of more than 5 million restaurant reviews of more than 20,000 restaurants in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
