THIS WEEK’S SYNOPSES
"Modern Farmer"
Episodes 7 and 8
Sunday, 6:30 p.m.: Min-ki and Yun-hui have an uncomfortable visit with his mother. On their way back, Yun-hui’s purse is snatched and she hurts her other ankle. The way Min-ki handles the situation makes Yun-hui see him as a man. Hyeok visits his mother at the mausoleum. On the way back, Yun-hui has to use the bathroom badly and they end up in Yuna’s building. They go inside and Min-ki worries about Yuna, which makes Yun-hui a bit jealous.
Sunday, 7:45 p.m.: Thieves have been robbing all the crops around the neighborhood. Everyone’s been hit. Han-cheol, worried about Su-yeon, goes looking for her. When he finds out she’s digging the fields again, he ends up taking the blame for her. Out of gratitude, she agrees to go on a date with him and things go from bad to worse. While patrolling the neighborhood, Yun-hui and Min-ki come face to face with the thieves.
"Secret Door"
Episodes 19 and 20
Monday, 7:45 p.m.: When the king hears that commoners were allowed to take the public service exam, he sends Hong Bong-han to suppress the commoners and stop the exam. But people don’t back down, and Chae Je-gong tries to persuade the king. The king tells the crown prince to put all the blame on Lee Jong-sung and to punish him.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: When Noron puts pressure on the king to select a new queen, saying that otherwise the crown prince will be dethroned, the king announces a queen selection. The crown prince tries to build a secret library where commoners can gather and study.
"Pinocchio"
Episodes 5 and 6
Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Dal-po finds out his father’s body has been recovered during his interview with YGN. He goes to the police station to claim the body, only to find out his brother has already done so. In-ha realizes she has a crush on Dal-po. But she tries to deny it and her hiccups won’t stop.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: When Dal-po finds out In-ha accepted an internship at MSC, he behaves even colder to her. In-ha tells herself it’s for the better, that it’ll help her sort out her feelings for Dal-po better.
"Birth of a Beauty"
Episodes 7 and 8
Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Sara is shocked and furious when she finds out Kang-joon married Geum-ran for her money. In rage, she sneaks into her in-laws with Tae-hee and trashes the place. Min-hyeok tells Kang-joon to expose Winner Group’s corruption and plans to pin the blame on his grandmother.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m.: Sara is touched when she finds out Tae-hee got her wedding rings back from the pawn shop. Tae-hee and Sara have a heart-to-heart talk and get closer. Chae-yeon tells Ji-hoon that she suspects Kang-joon has another woman, and that somehow that woman is related to Geum-ran.
