Annual benefit has ‘Masquerade’ theme
The third annual Bow Ties and Bling celebration will take place 6 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday at the M Honolulu, 500 Ala Moana Blvd., highlighted by a fashion show by the Cut Collective.
The Cut Collective is a fashion incubator and manufacturing company that aims to help grow local brands. Local TV celebrities and athletes will be wearing designs by Summer Shiigi, Allison Izu and Rumi Murakami.
The event theme is "Masquerade," and guests are encouraged to wear masks, bow ties and bling. There will be live music, food, prize drawings and an auction.
Proceeds will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii. Tickets are $20, available at Rizenhawaii.org.
The event is hosted by the Rizen Hawaii Organization, founded by James Chan and Ryan Kalei Tsuji in 2013 to support keiki.
