Macy’s is seeing red for American Heart Month
During February, designated American Heart Month, Macy’s is offering exclusive red dresses by Calvin Klein, Kensie and Thalia, as well as a capsule collection of Ideology active wear, to benefit Go Red for Women. These limited-edition pieces are in select stores and on macys.com in time for National Wear Red Day, Friday.
Through Feb. 16, shoppers wearing red or purchasing a $2 Red Dress pin that benefits Go Red for Women will receive a 20 percent discount on most regular, sale and clearance merchandise, or a 15 percent discount on fine and fashion jewelry, sale and clearance watches, and select home items.
Last year, Macy’s sold more than 1.1 million Red Dress pins, raising $2.3 million for Go Red for Women.
Arts group presents sunset shopping event
Arts and Flavors of Hawaii will present a shopping event, "Fashion Friday at Sunset," from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at The Butik, 1067 Kapiolani Blvd., A-3.
The free event will feature made-in-Hawaii clothing, jewelry, beauty products, plus giveaways from local vendors and refreshments. Merchandise from The Butik will be offered at a 20 percent discount.
Jewelry website launches with discount on pieces
Jewelry designer Marylea Conrad will mark the relaunch of her ki-ele jewelry website, www.ki-ele.com, with a 15 percent discount on all purchases through Sunday.

The site will allow customers to customize their favorite pieces and shop for more than 100 new and classic ki-ele items.
LeSportsac chooses sweet theme for new line
LeSportsac its launching its latest yummy print, "Macaroons," with a tasting of Sugar Hut macarons from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Ala Moana Center location.
Customers who make a purchase of $100 or more that day will receive a four-pack of macarons.
