Irongate officials Jason Grosfeld, left, and Lance Wilhelm visited the 18th floor of the Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach west tower Tuesday. That tower broke ground in 2013; the project’s east tower will begin construction soon after its groundbreaking Tuesday.
