ON THE MOVE
AARP has hired Joshua Wisch as director of advocacy. Prior to joining AARP, Wisch served as a deputy director of the Hawaii State Department of Taxation as well as a special assistant to the state attorney general, district director for then-U.S. Rep. Mazie Hirono and litigation attorney with the Honolulu law firms Cades Schutte and Chun Kerr.
Bank of Hawaii has promoted the following employees:
» Tony Mizuno to executive vice president in the commercial real estate loan division from senior vice president and commercial real estate loan division manager.
» Janis "Jan" Lai to senior vice president in personal trust from vice president and senior relationship officer.
» Niels Taylor to senior vice president, chief information security officer and IT Risk Manager from vice president and manager of IT Risk & Security.
