CINDY ELLEN RUSSELL / CRUSSELL@STARADVERTISER.COM BSN ZONING - 23 APRIL 2015- The city Department of Planning and Permitting has recommended rezoning Kuhio Avenue’s entire mauka-side street frontage, about a 2.6 acre stretch between Kaiulani Avenue and Liliuokalani Avenue, from apartment precinct to apartment mixed use subprecinct.
