Ko Bakery cheesecakes are offered in six flavors, each with the option of adding a dark chocolate swirl in the cake. Flavor options include Kauai Coffee, Kauai Vanilla, lilikoi, chocolate, peanut butter, or turtle, which is not made from honu, but rather resembles turtle candies with chocolate and caramel.

While there is not presently a bricks-and-mortar retail store for Ko Bakery, a wide variety of their items are made available each month at the First Saturday farmers market in Kapaa, Kauai. Items also may be ordered and purchased via kobakery.com.

Ko Bakery’s layer cakes are offered in more than a dozen flavors and can be customized for special occasions. They range in price from $25 to $45. The bakery, a member of the Kauai Wedding Professionals Association, also offers tiered wedding cakes in a variety of flavors.
