DENNIS ODA / DODA@STARADVERTISER.COM Bruce Lenkeit, right, has been waiting about 21?2 years for a slip at the Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor. He recently took state Rep. Tom Brower and his office manager, Cynthia Nyross, on a tour of the docks to point out vacant slips. Empty slips can be seen on both sides of the group. Brower said he is planning meetings to address this and other concerns about state harbors.
