University of Hawaii junior defensive lineman Kennedy Tulimasealii, a product of Waianae High School, is among 36 players on the preseason watch list for the 2016 Polynesian College Football Player of the Year Award, which was announced Tuesday.
Marcus Mariota, the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback from Oregon and Saint Louis School, won the inaugural award last year, sponsored by the Polynesian Football Hall of Fame.
The winner will be announced Dec. 8, and honored at the PFHF enshrinement weekend Jan. 29 and 30. See Scoreboard for the full watch list.
