The Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism released the 2014 edition of the State of Hawaii Data Book on Thursday.
The book’s more than 800 data tables cover statistical information in areas such as population, education, labor, energy, business enterprises, government, tourism and transportation.
“For people who want to do business in Hawaii or just want to know Hawaii, the Data Book is the first source of information we would recommend people to look at,” said DBEDT Director Luis Salaveria. “It has a wealth of information collected from numerous public and private sources on all aspects of our state. The Data Book is the most popular publication on the DBEDT website.”
The Data Book is available at dbedt.hawaii.gov/economic/databook and can be downloaded in whole or in part as either a PDF or Excel file.
