Cafe Grace is marking its first anniversary by rolling out new dishes.
The cafe’s deli-style bagel sandwiches and salads have been joined by more weighty, savory fusion offerings such as a smoked pulled-pork bagel and smoked-duck sandwiches, created by chef Jay Kaya.
Owner Terumi Drake insists on quality control by making everything in-house, including the cafe’s full range of sauces.
More dishes continue to be added, and a gluten-free bagel will also debut soon.
Cafe Grace by Lox of Bagels is in the Imperial Plaza, 725 Kapiolani Blvd. and open 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays. Parking is available in the building with validation. Call 492-1470.
