Thomas’ 3-pointer put the Eagles (6-1, 1-0) ahead 90-87.
Chaminade’s Kiran Shastri made two free throws with 52 seconds left, but Concordia’s Matt Scott dunked with 11 seconds remaining to cap the scoring.
