Family discovers salon by happy accident

The Honolulu family was in Hokkaido to see the Sapporo Snow Festival and traveled to Otaru to see the Otaru Snow Light Path Festival. They found the salon by accident. “We were walking down a small side street when we came across this place,” said Lori Ushijima.
