>> A Cup of Tea: A cute place to wear your Easter best. Guests can dine on something light such as scones and tea ($10.95) or something hearty such as soup, salad, tea sandwiches, scones, dessert and tea ($30.95). The shop is in Kailua at 407 Uluniu St. Call 230-8832 or visit acupoftea.com.
>> Beachhouse at the Moana: Keiki will enjoy the Easter egg hunt, and adults will enjoy a brunch featuring oysters, snow crab clusters, omelets prepared to order, a sushi station, three carving stations (prime rib, rack of lamb and roasted suckling pig), classic Benedicts, desserts and more. The brunch runs from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and costs $69 for adults, $35 for children ages 6 to 12. Children’s cost includes an Easter egg hunt and an appearance by the Easter Bunny from 9:05 to 9:30 a.m. The egg hunt begins at 8:15 a.m. and is divided by age groups into 10-minute intervals. >> Blue Note Hawaii: The music club begins its Gospel Brunch service that will be held every Sunday. For $47 ($39.95 for kamaaina with ID) enjoy a drink (choice of bloody mary, mimosa, house red or white wine, beer, or orange or guava juice), fresh fruit plate, an entree (choice of pineapple upside down pancake, sweet bread roll French toast, kalua pig hash with two eggs, crabcake eggs Benedict with red miso hollandaise, fried rice loco moco, or chef’s three-egg omelet) and coffee, soda or iced tea, while the Blue Note Gospel Choir provides the entertainment. >> Il Lupino Trattoria & Wine Bar: Go Italian this Easter with chef Donato Loperfido’s creations. From noon to 10:30 p.m. Loperfido is offering the following specials in addition to his regular fare: Stracciatella Pugliese ($14), Coscia di Agnello Arrosto ($28), Pesce al Cartoccio ($34), Paglia e Fieno ($25), Osso Buco for two ($75), Tagliata ($36) and, for dessert, Profiterole ($12). Adults who purchase the special meal or any entree will receive a $25 gift certificate for their next visit. >> The Pineapple Room: The Easter buffet includes carving stations of Chinese roast pork with bao buns, roast turkey with stuffing, and kiawe honey- and cinnamon-glazed ham; made-to-order omelets, kalua pig hash and fried eggs, lamb meatballs, oysters, lox and bagels, desserts and more. >> The Royal Hawaiian Resort: The Monarch Room will be filled with delicious items for the hotel’s Easter buffet. Lineup includes pastries from The Royal Bakeshop, a raw bar, Pink Palace Pancakes, Shinsato Farms crispy roast-pork belly, prime rib, steamed crab legs and more. Cost is $85, $42 for children ages 12 and below. The resort is at 2259 Kalakaua Ave. Reserve at 921-4600.
>> Sheraton Princess Kaiulani: There’s more than just ono food being offered here. Catch the Te Moana Nui dinner show and dine on chef Chris Kirksey’s Easter meal before taking a Polynesian journey back in time. The buffet spread at Pikake Terrace includes an assortment of sushi, shrimp, bone-in ham, prime rib, steamed crab legs, lamb, chocolate banana bread pudding, a sundae bar and more. Cost: $105, $78.75 children ages 5-12. A deluxe dinner show is also available for $155 and includes a grilled rib-eye dinner, table service and a mixed cocktail. Cocktail shows for adults and children are $60 and $45; buffet-only is $55 and $25. The boat leaves Aloha Tower Marketplace at noon. Cost: $69. With each paying adult, one child’s (ages 3 to 11) ticket will be available at a special rate of $10; additional children are $42.
