Police have identified a pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run on Kauai as Eric Schorr of Wailua.
Schorr, 48, was struck by a dark-colored pickup truck while walking on Kapule Highway at approximately 10:30 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to Wilcox Hospital, where he later died.
Police are continuing to search for the pickup truck driver.

Help sought with fatal shooting in Liliha
CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating suspects or witnesses to the shooting of a 46-year-old man in Liliha on April 10.
Police said the victim, identified as Patrick Lii, was riding a bicycle northbound on Liliha Street when he was shot by someone in a dark-colored sedan.
Lii was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
