Jo Fraticelli will present a fashion show of unique crochet designs from her Kanakahelela Menswear Collection by JOF at 9 p.m. today at Scarlet Honolulu.
Doors open at 8 p.m. for the free event featuring aloha shirts she crochets herself in bright-color yarns, priced from $73 to $125. For a limited time they are available when purchased direct from the designer. Visit www.jofraticelli.com for more information.

Ho‘ala events aid clean-water projects
Ho‘ala Salon & Spa will host Earth Month fundraisers, with all proceeds benefiting the Surfrider Foundation Oahu Chapter’s clean-water projects.
A Nail-A-Thon and Spa-A-Thon will take place from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Featured services include an “eco manicure” for $25, a $35 20-minute facial, a 20-minute plant peel facial for $40 and a 20-minute massage for $35; cash only.
Appointments are being taken at 947-6141. The spa is on the third level of Ala Moana Center.
