A tour of the Honolulu Fish Auction and Tamashiro Market on Tuesday was part of the five-day Connoisseur’s Culinary Journey, a spring component of the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival. Chefs George Mavrothalassitis and Lee Anne Wong led the group through the process of selecting quality seafood. Looks like LeeAnn Wong is a few more people over to the left from Chef Mavro. SA might want to verify this and post correction. Although I could be wrong…but I don’t think so.
