A tour of the Honolulu Fish Auction and Tamashiro Market on Tuesday was part of the five-day Connoisseur’s Culinary Journey, a spring component of the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival. Chefs George Mavrothalassitis and Lee Anne Wong led the group through the process of selecting quality seafood. Culinary Journey events continue through the week, including a day trip to Hawaii island for a farm tour. Read more
