Made plans for Father’s Day yet? Here are two options for dads who enjoy their grown-up libations:
>> Turtle Bay Resort debuts a Scotch & Cigar Bar, 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday in the resort’s Pa‘akai lanai.
Dad will be served two types of scotch and a featured bourbon, a choice of two beers, a cigar and heavy pupu along with a Lindemans beer glass to take home.
Along with Maker’s Mark Cask Strength bourbon, servers will pour samples of Laphroaig Quarter Cask and Ardmore Legacy; beer choices include Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock, Lindemans Framboise, Samuel Smith’s Taddy Porter, Pinkus Pilsner and Rochefort Trappistes. The featured cigar is a Rocky Patel Sun Grown Robusto; entertainment will be by local musician Alex Oasay.

>> For couples with kids old enough to drink themselves, the Moana Surfrider’s annual Beer Fest could be a family affair, starting at 4 p.m. Sunday at the hotel’s Beach Bar.
Nearly 20 different craft beers will be served with paired food options by executive chef Jason Watanabe. On the menu: PB&J wings with peanut dipping sauce, kalbi short-rib sliders, truffle tater tots, pork belly bun, bratwurst with onion and papaya kraut, and smoked pork ribs with amber and lilikoi barbecue sauce.
