Hawaii island police are seeking a 54-year-old Mountain View woman recently indicted for the murder of another woman in Puna in 2009.
Patricia Wong, also known as Patricia Hanoa, was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of second-degree murder in the death of Kaycee Smith.
Smith was found in her Orchidland residence with a fatal gunshot wound. Her death was ruled a homicide.
Wong is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, 150 pounds, with hazel eyes, medium-length brown hair and a tan complexion.

Waianae infant dies despite EMS effort
The medical examiner’s office has identified the 11-month-old boy who died Friday morning as Russell Westbrook-Filo of Waianae.
The infant was taken to a Waianae hospital after Emergency Medical Services responded to a report at 3:30 a.m. that an 11-month-old boy was not breathing.
Paramedics treated the infant and transported him in critical condition to the hospital, where he died.
Police have classified the case as an unattended death pending the outcome of an autopsy.
Autopsy to be done on Maili snorkeler
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death of a 71-year-old visitor from California who was pulled from the ocean in Maili on Thursday afternoon.
The medical examiner’s office has identified him as John Van Noord, 71, of San Francisco.
The victim was snorkeling when bystanders rescued him when he became unresponsive, police said.
He was taken in critical condition to the hospital, where he died. Police classified the case as an unattended death pending the results of the autopsy.
