    Honolulu Beerworks’ Italian Hoagie comes with thinly sliced Black Forest ham, Genoa salami and capicola, provolone cheese, Maui vine-ripened tomatoes, sweet onions, shredded iceberg lettuce, mayo and house-made red wine vinaigrette on a locally made roll for $10.75.
