Hawaii’s ‘Aukai Lileikis concluded his U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials competition on Thursday, finishing 68th overall in the men’s 200-meter IM semifinals in Omaha, Neb.
Lileikis (Punahou/California) was timed in 2 minutes and 6.76 seconds, his third and final event of the week. World record-holder Ryan Lochte had the top time, 1:56.71.
Three swimmers from Hawaii will compete today: Renny Richmond (Seabury Hall/Arizona) in the 50 free and 100 butterfly; Kanoa Kaleoaloha (Kamehameha/Florida State) in the 50 free; and Micah Ornelas (University of Hawaii) in the 100 butterfly.
