Head of Navy not worried by Russian ships near isles

    Chief of Naval Operations Adm. John Richardson hosted an all-hands call with sailors at Pearl Harbor on Friday. Richardson spoke to sailors about Navy-wide issues and answered a variety of questions from them. One of them was Culinary Specialist 1st Class Patricia Miller, left, who posed for a picture with the admiral.
