Synopsis: The escalation of violent acts throughout the world has made people jumpy. This has led to some not–so-well-thought-out reponses, some of which call for a matching of the violence, and others that overly generalize the source of a problem and seek to solve it by engaging in extreme acts that can hurt innocent people.
