Police were looking for a 29-year-old man in connection with an attempted-murder investigation in the Makakilo area.
Police said the suspect intentionally struck the 28-year-old victim’s vehicle while the victim was driving at about 1 a.m. Tuesday. When the victim got out of his vehicle, the suspect struck the victim with a vehicle before fleeing the scene.
The victim was taken in stable condition to a hospital.
Police opened a second-degree attempted murder and first-degree criminal property damage investigation.
