Rows of tiny baked chocolate croissants arrived at our table, warm and just out of the oven. Soon after, we were offered breads of pumpernickel, bacon, corn, almond, spinach, rye, multigrain and more. The savory treats came with a plate of butter, cream cheese, chocolate sauce and fresh berry jam. Heaven!

A simple smoked salad was a wise choice for my entree. The thinly sliced salmon, salmon caviar and thinly sliced sweet onion over arugula and mixed greens comes drizzled with a wasabi vinaigrette. Yum!
