    ROYS HITS THE BEACH: Chef Roy Yamaguchi’s first restaurant on the sand, Roy’s Beach House, opened Tuesday at Turtle Bay. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Call 293-7697.
