Carlotta Pesentheiner of East Honolulu was surprised to find Li-hue not on the Garden Isle, but in Ushuaia, Argentina, the southernmost city in the world, at the tip of South America. Unlike Kauai’s Lihue, Pesentheiner said, it was cold and windy when she had this photo taken outside the store in April. Just to remind you where you are, she said, “They even have a ‘Train to the End of the World’ there.”
