Ko Olina: Chinese company boosts resort property portfolio

    A Chinese company has bought two undeveloped sites and the land under Ko Olina Chapel Place of Joy to develop a hotel. The chapel, located next to Disney’s Aulani Resort, is a wedding operation that has a lease on the land expiring in April.
