Honolulu police are looking for two men after a 24-year-old man was shot in the neck Wednesday night in Iwilei.
The shooting occurred at 10:36 p.m. on Kuwili Street.
Paramedics treated and transported the victim in serious condition, with a gunshot wound in the neck, to a hospital, according to city Emergency Medical Services.
Police have classified the case as second-degree attempted murder. No suspects have been arrested.
Worker hit by truck on highway
A 47 year-old man was hospitalized Thursday morning after his leg was run over by a truck while he was working along Farrington Highway in Nanakuli.
City Emergency Medical Services said the victim was taken in serious condition to the hospital at 9:20 a.m. after the truck ran over his leg near 89-649 Farrington Highway. Details of the accident weren’t available.
