Leilani Adolpho had 12 kills and Sinamoni Tonga added 10 kills and 10 digs in Brigham Young-Hawaii’s 17-25, 25-20, 25-23, 25-17 loss to Montana State-Billings during the Hawaii Invitational Tournament on Thursday at the Cannon Activities Center.

The Yellowjackets went to 1-0; the Seasiders fell to 0-2.

BYUH women blanked by Dominguez Hills

Sami Feinstein scored in the eighth minute and Daisy Vite added a goal in the 69th as the Cal State-Dominguez Hills women’s soccer team beat Brigham Young-Hawaii 2-0 on Thursday at Laie.

It was the season opener for both teams.
