Maryknoll School students visiting Edinburgh, Scotland, last month spotted the Hula Juice Cafe in the city’s Grassmarket district. The Hawaii youths were in Scotland to perform in “Legends of the Pacific,” a Lisa Matsumoto children’s musical, at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the largest arts festival in the world. The students are Christianne Michel, left, Jen Lin, Quinn Tanaka, Kenna Tanouye and Chelsea Michel.
