Friends and families will have a chance to honor loved ones who have died. Hospice Hawaii will hold its annual A Night to Remember candlelight memorial walk next month.
Participants can write messages to those who have died, and carry the messages on handmade luminaries during the walk.
The event, which is free and open to the public, takes place Oct. 15 at the Oahu Veterans Center, 1298 Kukila St.
There will be a gathering of the luminaries at 5 p.m., and the walk will begin at 5:45 p.m.
The registration deadline is Oct. 3.
