Storm leaves Maui washed out

    Christine Ka‘ai‘ai and her three children were rescued from her family’s Makiki Valley home by the Honolulu Fire Department via a human chain Tuesday night. Ka‘ai‘ai inspected the water runoff, which was still running past the Maunalaha Road home Wednesday.
