Fine teas and food highlight Moon Festival

Linda Louie and Eddie Flores shared emcee duties at a late-morning tasting of dim sum, unusual teas and moon cakes from China, Taiwan and Hawaii, presented by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii and the United Chinese Society Sept. 10 at the Empress Restaurant. The event was part of the second annual Moon Festival which celebrates traditional Chinese seasonal observances.
