Namba fashion featured at ‘Double Happiness’

The Asian Soiree Couture Designs of Anne Namba, center, were in the spotlight as the Chinese Women’s Club of Honolulu celebrated its 88th anniversary with “The Double Happiness Happening,” a scholarship and welfare benefit luncheon fashion show, Saturday at the Halekulani. Namba congratulated emcee Blossom Y. Tyau, left, Chinese Women’s Club President Marsha Au-Maxwell, and committee members Sharlene Chun and Pauline Young as the audience was leaving.
