Lynne and Gerald Kurashima of Hawaii Kai had just arrived in Leidesplein, a square in central Amsterdam, and were walking to the Rijksmuseum when they came across a sure-fire sign of Hawaiian life. He snapped a photo of her in front of Poke Perfect, a restaurant on Prinsengracht Street which calls its fare “Hawaiian-inspired food.”
