The menu has been crafted by Guy Martin, owner of the Michelin-starred Le Grand Vefour Paris, and will be prepared by Brando chef Bertrand Jeanson.
The menu: Ravioli de Foie Gras, Roasted Pigeon de la Dombes, and a chocolate heart filled with honey and sorbet made with lemon citron from The Brando’s orchard.
Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. and costs $235, including Champagne and French wines paired to each course. Call 923-2311.
